The Service is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or their affiliates.
"TikTok" and related trademarks, logos, and service names are the property of their respective owners.
The Service may rely on publicly accessible webpages, redirects, metadata, APIs, or other functionality provided by TikTok or third parties. We do not control those services.
Changes made by TikTok or another third party may cause certain Service features to stop working, return incomplete information, or become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

7. Accuracy and Availability
We do not guarantee that information returned by the Service will be complete, current, accurate, or available.
TikTok usernames, profile information, posts, URLs, account status, and other information may change without notice.
Shortened URLs may redirect to different destinations, expire, or stop functioning.
You should independently verify information before relying on it for any important purpose.

The Service, including its software, design, interface, branding, original text, and other proprietary materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of third-party content accessed through the Service.
